After driving Mercedes Benz for 40 years, I opted to investigate BMW when I was to replace my 2004 E-500 4W MB. I had previously looked at BMW a number of years ago but found that at that time BMW auto investigate BMW when I was to replace my 2004 E-500 4W MB. I had previously looked at BMW a number of years ago but found that at that time BMW automobiles mostly lacked automatic four wheel drive which I needed in the event of needing to be out late at night in the winter. I now find that BMW has X-Drive (BMW version of automatic four wheel drive) in almost all models. I dealt with Paul Kolleck upon the recommendation of neighbors who are BMW enthusiasts. My friends were right. Paul is very professional, patient, thoroughly informed and highly trained in the intricacies of the complex electronics, honest and reliable. My 550i-X Drive was delivered in record time. The BMW-USA website "Track Your Car" option was fun and exciting to check on daily. The car is a magnificant automobile which wants to strut its stuff all the time. Of course, the famous BMW roadability is far greated than any MB I ever owned. The electronics are still under study but I find it less daunting than I anticipated. Paul has been my willing tutor. It has been a long time since I enjoyed purchasing an automobile this much. I just bought my second BMW from the BMW Store and the price, delivery experience and expertise/knowledge of Chris Lykins and the team there are fantastic. Everything foot to the penny and I was out the door in 45 minutes, and 40 of those minutes were learning about the cool features of the car with Chris. I will also say that my service advisor Tim Gabbard is the best I've dealt with anywhere - he serviced my prior BMW for 8 years and I surpassed expectations regularly (and we have a Mercedes and Lexus in the garage right now as well - their service departments play second fiddle to Tim and his team). I highly recommend BMW Store for a professional experience. These guys are "car guy" in the technical sense of the word, without the loathsome sales pressure tactics elsewhere. Top notch. More
We found Dean Stathes to be very thorough and patient with us during the purchase of our new BMW, as were all the others we dealt with. They were all very helpful to us when trying to locate the car we with us during the purchase of our new BMW, as were all the others we dealt with. I suspect the price was decent, but could be equaled elsewhere but it would be very difficult to find better folks to work with than those at the BMW Store. More

When I arrived at the BMW dealship I was overwheelmed with the pressures of selecting a used BMW. I had previously never driven a BMW so I didn't know where to start. I meet with Jarrod Vaughan, a Pre- with the pressures of selecting a used BMW. I had previously never driven a BMW so I didn't know where to start. I meet with Jarrod Vaughan, a Pre-Owned Client Advisor and he quickly made me feel comfortable. Jarrod described the models available to me and we were quickly looking at Certified Pre-Owned 328I sedans. I test drove a 328i sedan and then a 335i sedan. Having never owned a sedan Jarrod suggested that we look at a couple. I test drove a Certified Pre-Owned 328i coupe, this car was more my style. I really enjoyed driving this car and could see myself purchasing it. Jarrod and I continued to talk about my priorities and what I wanted in a car. Jarrod suggested that I drive the 2011 328I xdrive with sports package and premium audio. As soon as I stepped on the gas and drove around the first corner the seats felt like they wrapped around me and the premium HD music was on I was in love with the car. I knew this was the car for me. I had been to several other local dealers (Mercedes, Audi, Infinity, Ford) and did not feel comfortable with making a purchase. With Jarrod and his customer service I was ready to purchase my 1st BMW and my dream car. I really apprieacate all the great customer service that Jarrod and the rest of the BMW staff provided me during the purchase of this car. I will be a repeat customer for sure and will refer all my friends to see Jarrod. Thanks Again!!! More

My BMW lease was up and I was looking to lease a 2013 model. I met Chris in the showroom. He showed me the model I was interesed in leasing, answered all of my questions, and took me on a test drive. He gave a great orientation when I picked up my car, and he has followed up to make sure that I am one hundred percent happy. (I am!) The support staff was great, and it made the paperwork a breeze.
