I went to the BMW Store In Cincinnati looking to compare diffrent SUV's. Mind you my mind was set on the X6. I met Mr Stathes and he took the time to take me through the whole process of not only acquirin diffrent SUV's. Mind you my mind was set on the X6. After going through the many alternatives and previewing the car on-line (great feature), I decided to proceed. Dean and the BMW Store team took care of every detail of this normally lengthy process. I travel constantly for work and it was a great feeling to get an e-mail and a phone call from Dean at the begining of the week to let me know my car was ready for pick-up. I came home from e red-eye and went to the dealer, all the energy that was lost in the flight came back when I arrived and saw my new car. They put a bow on it, I dont know if they knew it was my birthday that week but it is and was the little things and the ease of the transactions that made this experience such a Great One!
