I had been saving to get a new car towards the end of 2013 or early 2014, but mechanical issues with my old car called for an expedited upgrade. I stopped by The BMW Store to talk to Chris about leasing 2013 or early 2014, but mechanical issues with my old car called for an expedited upgrade. I stopped by The BMW Store to talk to Chris about leasing a new 3 series convertible, and before I left, I had it all spec'd out and put down my deposit on an order. Throughout the order process Chris was very helpful. Everything from keeping me updated on the status of my car (even telling me the name of the boat it was on so I could obsessively stalk it), to giving me a loaner car for a few days when I needed one, to getting me some BMW swag and coordinating everything with the tint shop to get the windows taken care of. I went in frustrated with my old car, and without having the amount saved to be where I wanted to be with regards to purchasing a new one, and Chris worked with me every step to make sure I had an amazing experience. I've recommended The BMW Store to friends for years now, and will definitely continue to do so in the future. More
