John worked very hard to find us the car we wanted, even coming in on his off day to meet with us so he could show us what they had available. When we decided on a car to buy, the process was quick and easy. BMW offered financing at .9% and made the process of getting the financing easy. The only hiccup we experienced was that the car had a scratch on the bumper from apparently hitting something during a test drive. John got us into a loaner car, and had the dealership repair the damage to the point that it looked good as new. I feel like we got extremely good value for the car we purchased, and would definitely visit John Beam and the BMW Store again when we look for our next car. More
