I went into the store not sure if or when I was actually going to buy a car but ended up later in the evening with a BMW in my driveway. Customer service was fantastic. Chris was very helpful. I needed to have a late appointment and Chris had the car ready when promised. When i decided to purchase the car the dealership worked late to ready it for delivery. Even though it looked good they apologized for the state of the detailing to the car and promised to detail it when i got a chance to return. The only item i did not score a 5 was price. The price negotiated was an average market price, so good price, not great. More
I learned about The BMW Store through Cars.com. There were a couple reviews that were negative about this dealership and I almost did not make the drive, about an hour away from my home. A close friend of mine convinced me otherwise based upon his father's experience there with service for a 750. I'm glad I made my way past the negative feedback and learned in person for myself. This was my first car purchase in over 6 years. John and his finance manager went out of their way to make sure I could drive home my Mercedes E500. Not only did they get great financing, they also delivered a car as clean as new, including making sure I had a spare key. I would recommend The BMW store to my friends, and hope to buy my next car, maybe even a BMW from them. More

The others all followed up with annoying robo-emails or insisted on calling me instead of answering my emails. As a result, I drove 280 miles to see Chris rather than deal with the local guys. Paul is very responsive to my questions (even my very specific questions about financing terms that most people probably don't ask), and there's no nonsense or games when dealing with him. He doesn't try to push you in a certain direction, but if you ask for his advice on something like a particular model or color, he'll have an opinion that is well-founded and he'll share it with you. Paul went out of his way to tell me about a promotion offered by BMW North America that got me a $1000 credit for taking a test drive on a particular day -- even though I wouldn't have otherwise known about it and wouldn't have been any the wiser for missing the promotoion. I feel like a valued customer at the BMW Store, not someone the dealership is looking to exploit. When the car arrived, the delivery process was ridiculously easy too. We spent about five minutes on paperwork (they would have spent more to answer whatever questions I had), and about an hour showing me all the features of the car. The bottom line is the entire process -- car selection, negotiating, delivery, financing -- was painless, efficient, and customer-oriented thanks to the entire dealership and especially Paul. More

When it came time to get a new car, I started shopping for a luxury sport sedan with an airy interior, increased rear leg room, and good gas mileage. During the research phase, I stopped by the BMW Store and Paul was very helpful with my questions. After testing several brands of cars, I decided to concentrate on a BMW 328i Luxury Line (typical BMW handling, but with a suspension that is a bit more forgiving). When I went back to the dealer after a couple of months, Paul remembered me from my first visit. The environment was professional and never felt pushed or pressured--Paul knew the options and price range I wanted so he just kept me informed about upcoming events and incentives. Finally, when the incentives were the best, I contacted Paul and he was able to locate a car that had all of the options that I wanted, work out a good deal, and deliver the car in a time period promised. Both Paul Kolleck and the finance manger made the process a great experience so I would definitely recommend the BMW Store to others. More
