This was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I've ordered and purchased three cars from the BMW Store, and for the last two I've worked with Paul Kolleck. Paul is very responsive to my questions (even my very specific questions about financing terms that most people probably don't ask), and there's no nonsense or games when dealing with him. He doesn't try to push you in a certain direction, but if you ask for his advice on something like a particular model or color, he'll have an opinion that is well-founded and he'll share it with you. Paul went out of his way to tell me about a promotion offered by BMW North America that got me a $1000 credit for taking a test drive on a particular day -- even though I wouldn't have otherwise known about it and wouldn't have been any the wiser for missing the promotoion. I feel like a valued customer at the BMW Store, not someone the dealership is looking to exploit. When the car arrived, the delivery process was ridiculously easy too. We spent about five minutes on paperwork (they would have spent more to answer whatever questions I had), and about an hour showing me all the features of the car. The bottom line is the entire process -- car selection, negotiating, delivery, financing -- was painless, efficient, and customer-oriented thanks to the entire dealership and especially Paul. More

When it came time to get a new car, I started shopping for a luxury sport sedan with an airy interior, increased rear leg room, and good gas mileage. During the research phase, I stopped by the BMW Store for a luxury sport sedan with an airy interior, increased rear leg room, and good gas mileage. During the research phase, I stopped by the BMW Store and Paul was very helpful with my questions. After testing several brands of cars, I decided to concentrate on a BMW 328i Luxury Line (typical BMW handling, but with a suspension that is a bit more forgiving). When I went back to the dealer after a couple of months, Paul remembered me from my first visit. The environment was professional and never felt pushed or pressured--Paul knew the options and price range I wanted so he just kept me informed about upcoming events and incentives. Finally, when the incentives were the best, I contacted Paul and he was able to locate a car that had all of the options that I wanted, work out a good deal, and deliver the car in a time period promised. Both Paul Kolleck and the finance manger made the process a great experience so I would definitely recommend the BMW Store to others. More
I started looking for a car to replace my lexus which had over 300,000 miles. I enjoyed working with her and would definitely work with her and the sales manager again. They were very helpful getting my deal done to my satisfaction. Overall, the experience was really good. Sarah was professional and friendly. She was very easy to talk to. I really liked that when we were waiting, there were free food and drinks. John worked very hard to find us the car we wanted, even coming in on his off day to meet with us so he could show us what they had available. He didn't waste our time showing us cars that were outside the specs of what we asked to see. He showed us a number of options in each car class, each with distinct features that might appeal to us. When we decided on a car to buy, the process was quick and easy. BMW offered financing at .9% and made the process of getting the financing easy. The only hiccup we experienced was that the car had a scratch on the bumper from apparently hitting something during a test drive. John got us into a loaner car, and had the dealership repair the damage to the point that it looked good as new. I feel like we got extremely good value for the car we purchased, and would definitely visit John Beam and the BMW Store again when we look for our next car. More
This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had, if not the best. My sales person was friendly and not pushy. I liked the car I was planning to buy and to be honest Sarah was a person that acted like I was important and enjoyed her job. I would visit this dealership again and recommend them to my friends. The reason for my ratings are; Negotiations were easy, I felt the purchase price and trade in price were very fair. I asked for some add on which were accomplished quickly and without flaws. BWM is my car of choice! The purchase/sale was a very smooth process. The salesman was in tune with my needs and seemed to be interested in making the best fit for me & my family regarding the purchase. smooth process.
