We had been looking for an M3 for over a month. We tried working with our local BMW dealer in Knoxville but they showed little interest in helping even though we had bought a 2013 BMW X5 from them. We searched all the normal sites and found several cars to our liking but before we could get in touch with the dealership the cars were sold. Then we found this car on cars.com and immediately got in touch with John Beam. My wife actually found the car and called John to check availability. When she was told by John that the car was available she called me. I was on business travel to Wash DC and I called John. We agreed to the principles of the deal Wednesday night and on Friday my wife and I drove to Cincinnati. The immediate first impression of the dealership was amazingly positive as we were greeted as soon as we came in the door. We explained we were looking for John and we directed to him. John was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and prepared. He had the M3 ready for us to test drive and then when we returned he had the paperwork ready. In a relatively short time we were back on the road to Knoxville with our 2012 M3. This was a great buying experience. My wife stated on the trip back home that "the next time we are in the market for a BMW we will come back to the BMW Store." More
Chris was incredibly helpful in my search for a new car. I was very specific about my needs and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The test drive experience was very helpful and Chris's knowledge about the features of the car we drove as well as the car I had been driving were impressive. He was able to clearly outline the pros and cons of the car (and he admitted to a few cons, which I found valuable). They were willing to negotiate with me to ensure that we found the right car at the right price. The delivery experience was also quite exceptional. Chris sat with me for more than 30 minutes, setting up the instruments in the car to my liking. Chris has continued to be very helpful, answering questions I had after I took possession. Overall, the prices are just slightly higher than the local competitor, but their service more than makes up for this. More

I contacted The BMW Store after discovering that they had the specific BMW I wanted: 2011 328i xDrive Sport Wagon with "all" the packages, including the uncommon M-Sport package with manual transmission. the specific BMW I wanted: 2011 328i xDrive Sport Wagon with "all" the packages, including the uncommon M-Sport package with manual transmission. I spoke with Client Advisor John Beam almost every other day before coming to an acceptable agreement. During our many phone calls, John came across as very direct, open, and honest. He was informative, helpful and responsive while not being overbearing. I had a great buying experience with The BMW Store. I rated the BMW Store "OK" for price, but from the Dealer's perspective, they may not feel that is fair since we came to agreement on price. I knew what I was paying for the car and they did reduce the price of the car from their original asking price. As I mentioned, the cars are uncommon and I wanted a Sport Wagon with these options. I paid for what I wanted even if it was higher than expected or desired. I rated the BMW Store "Good" for Quality of Work because I didn't feel the cleaning / preparation (detail) of the car warranted a higher rating. It is a beautiful wagon and it was beautiful when I picked it up, but the presentation of the car could have been better. Originally, the BMW Store was not offering the car as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO). I asked them to offer it as a CPO and they accommodated this request while still reducing their price. I flew into Cincinnati to pick up the car. Many things could have gone wrong with an on-line / telephone negotiation. Everything went very well - better than expected, in fact. I would do business with The BMW Store again and with John specifically. If I lived in Cincinnati, I would bring my BMW Sport Wagon into their shop for all service / maintenance needs. More

They truly worked on my behalf to find the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and with an interest rate that I couldn't beat. I also live 3 hours away from the dealership and anytime service is needed, I can make an appointment and they meet over half way and bring me a courtesy car! That is tremendous and something that is very rare for dealer's to provide, especially the proximity they are driving to benefit me! Overall, this dealership is tremendous. They stand behind their brand and their customers. I would highly recommend them overall regardless of the type of vehicle you purchase. I had found the car I was interested after searching dealerships in the area. I emailed Susan who promptly got back to me regarding the car and price. Was at the store the next morning and it was sitting in front, ready for a test drive. Susan and Ric worked with me on price and trade and I felt like they were going the extra mile to make the deal happen. Chico was excellent as well, having all the paperwork prepared ahead of time so we were in and out of the finance office in less than ten minutes. A great team and a great experience. I also purchased some accessories (roof crossbars etc...) and was thrilled that they were in stock and no need to order. The parts department followed the same excellent service example. More

The 5 series car I wanted was unusual and not available in the US; Susan and her manager Ric immediately checked for ordering those specs on a new car and had it made and delivered in 7 weeks, beautiful an in the US; Susan and her manager Ric immediately checked for ordering those specs on a new car and had it made and delivered in 7 weeks, beautiful and ready to drive away. Susan stayed in contact just enough to keep me informed, but not too much or too often. She and everyone at the dealership have been great to work with. Even as a new order I got a discount, and the manager added another discount that started after I ordered the car! The sales people including Susan have checked to make sure the car is performing well (by far the best car I have owned) and to make sure I understand all the details of the car, the idrive, etc. Thanks again for the whole experience, and the car.
