It's beautiful, drives great and is essentially maintenance free. My family has been buying cars from this dealership for over 10 years and will continue to do so in the future. You will not regret purchasing a car from them. More
After working for several weeks trying to find a car that would fit my needs a gave a call to The BMW Store in Cincinnati and was put in contact with Chris. Chris was very unconventional as he did tell me wh would fit my needs a gave a call to The BMW Store in Cincinnati and was put in contact with Chris. Chris was very unconventional as he did tell me what I should look for but asked me what I needed in a car. After I told him what I was in need of he then asked me what I wanted in a car which until then I wasn't aware that there was a difference. He never seemed pushy and wanted to make sure that I had information and options rather than just picking out a car for me. Well a few days later i walked away with a "new to me" car. I am very thankful for him and he made the process painless and I actually had fun buying the car. More
This is the fourth car I've purchased from the BMW store. Three of them were purchased from Paul. I found the car that I was looking for online and I made a trip on a Saturday to look at the car. I found the team easy to work with and the process drama free. They gave me a fair price for my trade and a trip on a Saturday to look at the car. I found the team easy to work with and the process drama free. They gave me a fair price for my trade and after a friendly negotiation I was driving home in a 328i that had been certified by the dealer. My only negative was that the inventory had to be brought to me vs. allowing me to walk and review the cars in one place. I know that they're under some construction/modifications that will eliminate this in the future. All in all a good experience. More

Even I waited my car for 1 month, but I am happy very nice price. I think Chris is a very nice guy, he answer all of my questions and very friendly. Usually, I have very little expectations of "Car Sales Associates". All I ever really expect from them is to pass along my purchase offer to someone that can actually make a decision. Today, I can s Sales Associates". All I ever really expect from them is to pass along my purchase offer to someone that can actually make a decision. Today, I can say that Chris Hostetter with The BMW Store in Cincinnati, OH managed to not even meet the most basic expectation required of him by a potential customer. I came across an ad through autotrader.com on Sunday 11/10/13 for a 2011 BMW 328i Xdrive Wagon, 6 speed manual, M package, and Navigation listed for $43,927. As a BMW enthusiast, owner (2012 BMW 535xi, purchased brand new, and 2005 BMW Z4) and someone who has actively looked for this particular model and package combination for many months, the listing price was extremely inflated. Coincidentally, there was another 2011 328i Xdrive wagon for sale at another dealership configured exactly the same at the one available through The BMW Store in Cincinnati. Granted, I preferred the color combination of the vehicle available through The BMW Store in Cincinnati. With everything being equal between the two cars except for exterior and interior color, the vehicle at The BMW Store was priced approximately $8000 more than the like configured vehicle at another location! Any person that has followed this vehicle through ads and message boards knows that a very fair price for such a vehicle is $36K from a dealer. I completed the form through autotrader.com and offered $36K without hesitation, and probably would have settled at $38K). Monday morning, I received what I assume was a canned email reply from him at approximately 9:23am (EST). I called Chris directly at 10:09am (one hour and nine minutes after their advertised opening time, and 46 minutes after receiving his email). I explained who I was and what I wanted. I also indicated that I would be flying out of town in the next couple of hours. He indicated that his "sales manger was not in the office yet". I asked him to present my offer to the sales manager once he arrived and to get back to me as quickly as possible. I emailed him from the airport at approximately 1:13pm EST for a status update. He replied almost immediately that, "we were stuck in a sales meeting all morning. I will speak to him soon." Fair enough. I made my flight, sat on the plane for 2 hours to get to my destination. Upon landing, I checked my email. There was no reply from Chris. I immediately emailed him requesting an update. This was at 3:35pm EST. I proceeded to deplane and get through the terminal, and eventually to the rental car lot. Once I exited the rental car lot, I called him directly. This was at 4:09pm EST. I asked him for an update and he promptly told me that he had not presented my offer to his sales manager (which I find pathetic and extremely unprofessional). He also informed me that "he had been busy with other customers all day" and that "there was someone at the dealership looking at the car and it was in the process of being purchased". He continued by telling me that he didn't think that his sales manager would accept my offer and that if I could just wait 20 minutes, he would take it to his sales manager. I told him to forget about it. So, I ask anyone that bothers to read this, am I wrong in my expectation that when I call the dealership approximately 1 hour after they open and speak with a "Sales Professional" who tells me that he will present my offer to his "Sales Manager" that the task actually get done? That is, completed more quickly than I can leave my house, drive 30 miles to an airport, fly to Los Angeles, deplane and make it to my rental car? Ultimately, Chris Hostetter failed miserably as a BMW Sales Professional. This gentleman had one task to do with regard to our interaction. His responsibility was to present my offer, regardless of his belief that it would not be accepted, to his "Sales Manager" in a timely manner. This did not happen. We will never have any way of knowing if it would have been accepted. For all we know, had my offer been presented, and in a timely manner, it might have been accepted. Having purchased many, many vehicles over the years (not only BMW's), I have to say that my experience with The BMW Store and Chris Hostetter ranks at the very bottom. I have received better customer service from teenagers working at Wendy's in my hometown. I expect more from BMW Sales Associates. So should anyone that spends the kind of money that BMW's cost. Granted, I will never have any interaction with this dealership. This is simply due to the fact that I am not a resident of Cincinnati. Perhaps my experience is a direct result of that fact? Sincerely, Bought the other car at asking price More
When it came time to get a new car, I would like to replace my 3rd BMW 328I due to the high mileage. I stopped by the BMW Store and Paul remembered me from my first visit a few month ago and was very helpful with my questions. He never pushed or pressured, I appreciate this attitude. Paul knew the options I would like, then he found a BNW 328 Ix black but unfortunately not available immediately. So he found another one available immediately, a silver sport better and no much more expensive. Finally I made choice of this car and I got this car in a time period promised. Both Paul Kolleck and the finance manager made the process a great experience so I would definitely recommend the BMW Store to others. More
