My overall experience was great! The staff was always very friendly. My husband and I were there in the snow and while I'm sure they were not pleased, they managed to get the mini I really wanted to dri very friendly. The only issue I have would be that the dealership removed my decals as I requested and now there is a scratch on my bumper. The job was rushed and there are still remnants of the decals on the car. Chris said he himself had some sort of heat device attempting to remove things. Well I'm a nurse and I wouldn't want someone from the cafeteria assisting me in patient care. I don't know if that scratch was there before, but he's no longer employed there so I really don't feel that I have a leg to stand on to complain about it. I do know that I will return for future service/parts because of their excellent customer service and to one day purchase that MINI Clubman when our family grows! More
