The 5 series car I wanted was unusual and not available in the US; Susan and her manager Ric immediately checked for ordering those specs on a new car and had it made and delivered in 7 weeks, beautiful an in the US; Susan and her manager Ric immediately checked for ordering those specs on a new car and had it made and delivered in 7 weeks, beautiful and ready to drive away. Susan stayed in contact just enough to keep me informed, but not too much or too often. She and everyone at the dealership have been great to work with. Even as a new order I got a discount, and the manager added another discount that started after I ordered the car! The sales people including Susan have checked to make sure the car is performing well (by far the best car I have owned) and to make sure I understand all the details of the car, the idrive, etc. Thanks again for the whole experience, and the car. This was our first experience with BMW. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were given plenty of time to test drive various models and Chris reviewed the numerous options on the mode car buying experience we have ever had. I didn't feel the pressure to buy that I felt when making other car purchases. We spent more money on this car then any other car we've purchased but we were so comfortable with the car and the way Chris handled the transaction, it was really easy. I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i. We located the car online and went to the BMW Store with the intent of purchasing. This is the 4th car I have purchased from the BMW Store. I am used to getting good service and went to the BMW Store with the intent of purchasing. This is the 4th car I have purchased from the BMW Store. I am used to getting good service so this is a bit of surprise to find myself writing this review. Locating a car was easy and the buying process was very easy as we paid cash. My disappointment is due to the quality of the work that was to be done to the care before I picked up the car. There were scratches that were to be buffed out of the car before I took delivery of the vehicle. The work was only satisfactory upon our taking delivery of the car. The car was to be detailed and cleaned before I took delivery. It appeared to me that the car had not been cleaned or detailed as there were makeup stains on on the steering wheel and other parts of the car. Also, there was a razor blade left on the shifter console when I picked up the car. This had been used to remove the window sticker and left in the car. It was as if the sales person didn't even check the car to see if the work had been done. Also at the time of delivery the sales person informed me at the that the tow hook cover could not be found for this car so he had to order it. It has been two weeks since I picked up my car and I have not received the part. Also, the day after I brought the car home the trunk latch did not work. I had to call and schedule a service call within a week of me picking up the car. The service tech told me this was an issue on these cars and that there was a recall out for this make and model. I would have appreciated the sales person looking up this information and informing me of any pending recalls prior to purchase, considering this was a CERTIFIED PREOWNED vehicle. I was disappointed in the overall process. More
