Our salesman Jay Sofranec was very enjoyable to work with during our whole experience. Even though we were buying a 10 year old MINI the process felt like we were buying a brand new car. We never felt like we were being pushed into buying the car or felt like we were gambling in buying the car because the salesman really didnt know anything about the car. Maybe it was buying a MINI from an actual MINI dealer, but we felt very confident that we had bought the right car after several months of looking at alot of non MINI dealerships. We look forward to doing business with MINI of Cincinnati again! More

Our family bought our second BMW from the BMW Store recently. My wife got an X3 last year and I picked a 528 this year. We bought from Chris Lykins both times. Chris was a true professional. He listened to what I wanted and then made suggestions. Once we built a common vision he worked tirelessly to produce the car I wanted at a great value. I never felt like I was being sold. My experience felt more like he was advocating in my best interest to deliver the right car for me. He was fun to buy from and made me feel like I was buying from a friend and that's pretty much how it turned out! Chico Robinson extended another personal touch that enriched my experience. Chico and I talked like we were sitting on his front porch sipping ice tea. I felt right at home. We swapped stories and shared laughs all the while Chico worked out the financial details. He was genuinely interested in connecting with me and making what is usually an unpleasant aspect of car buying enjoyable. They took my money and I thanked them for it--go figure! Last year when inked the deal for the X3 Chris arranged for us to pick it up from the BMW factory in South Carolina. We were treated like long-time prestigious customers--which we are becoming! They put us up in a nice hotel, fed us well and then let us go wild on the BMW test track with professional trainers and some fine cars. We learned how to drive better, under more control and then got the green light to learn what the "Ultimate Driving Machine" is all about. It was amazing, exhilarating and we won't forget it--ever! I have been hooked on BMW cars since I rented an old 5 series in Germany in the 90's and hit the autobahn! The buying experience at the BMW store hooked me too. It was a different then driving flat-out but still an enjoyable "Ultimate Buying Experience". Thanks for the memories! More

We just bought our first pre-owned BMW through Julian Lambert. It's a 2011 BMW X5. We love it! And now we know something about the used cars department. Julian could not be a better sales person to deal with. He's extremely personable and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He went far beyond his job description by helping us find exactly the accessories that we wanted to go with the vehicle. He also helped us greatly with our trade-in. Pick Julian as your sales person. You won't regret it. More
