He reached out several times during the sales and delivery process to update me on the status of the vehicle. In addition he accepted all my calls regarding inquiries on options and was effective at explaining their additional value. Ultimately, I had ordered a highly customized vehicle and it was delivered on time and it was an exact match to my intentions. I was looking for a used 5 series and located several at this dealership that were right in my price I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I was looking for a used 5 series and located several at this dealership that were right in my price range. I submitted a request on the website and was promptly called by Nick Norman who ended up being the person I dealt with through the process of buying the car. I have a tight schedule and needed to be able to look at and pick up the car the same day I spoke with Nick. Nick and several others stayed over an hour past close with absolutely no complaints or signs of being upset for staying over. The car I came to look at was up front when I arrived (Again I arrived less than 10 minutes until close which I know I was one of those customers) and had been detailed shortly before I arrived and was in excellent condition. The entire purchasing experience was simple and very quick, less than two hours from start to finish, almost the first hour was simply me looking over the car and test driving it. Once I said I was happy with the car and would like to purchase it they wasted no time in getting me out with that car that same night. I used my own bank for financing and they worked well in making that work for them just fine. All in all I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend you see Nick Norman, he is a down to earth sales guy and treats you like a normal person not just any client. More
