Great Service and Buying Experience I stopped by on Sat. running a little late to look at a pre-owned BMW 328i. Was greeted by Nick Norman about 5 minutes before closing. He gladly staye I stopped by on Sat. running a little late to look at a pre-owned BMW 328i. Was greeted by Nick Norman about 5 minutes before closing. He gladly stayed and showed me the one car I came to see. He went over all the details of that car. He said he would have it all cleaned up for me to see and drive on Monday. I looked online at several other 328s The BMW Store had in stock over the weekend. I went in on Monday, and wound up buying a different 328i I found (the other one was a cleaned up too). Nick was very patient and even let me buy the more expensive 328i. He was very professional and fun to work with. Nick is a true car enthusiast a he knows his BMWs!
