Jason Bull was our salesman, had our truck ready out in front when we pulled up for a test drive. The process was so easy, They gave me an appraisal on my car while I was on my test drive. We bought the truck the next day, They didn’t try and add on a bunch of extra junk we didn’t need and go back-and-forth between the manager and financing trying to waist our time. We traded in our car and had our new ride within one hour. No pressure, no “used car salesmen” pitch, just great service, great pricing, and great selection. Ask for Jason! More

Got there and additionally was asked to submit fingerprints for test drive 🤣🤣 Truck I was scheduled to look at showed up 30minutes late after Porter was driving it around in circles in pk lot while we're standing out front watching him 🤣🤣 "salesman" shows up out front, does quick introduction and goes back inside after giving me keys while I inspect vehicle. After 15min I come find "salesman" and show him issues I found with truck and make him offer based on condition. "Salesman" states "oh no sir, the listed price is what we're selling for, there's no negotiations" Thanks for wasting my valuable time on weeknight jerk! Place is literally a joke. More

What A Disappointment! I am extremely disappointed with Texas Auto Direct. I traded in my Audi A6 purchased an Audi Q5 (2017 model). By the time we wrapped everything up it I am extremely disappointed with Texas Auto Direct. I traded in my Audi A6 purchased an Audi Q5 (2017 model). By the time we wrapped everything up it was dark outside and close to 8 PM. It was a dark and rainy night and they handed me a car with muddy tires and seats. Apparently it came from their warehouse and I’m under the impression that on it’s way to the dealer it not only got dirty, but also got into an accident. The reason why I say this is because the next morning I parked my car next to another Audi Q5 and noticed that the mud flaps on my car looked like it was thorn up. The following day I took my car back to the dealer, hoping they would at least clean it up since it was filthy and smelly. I was told that they would not have time to do it and for me to take it to a car wash and they would reimburse me up to $50. Just when I thought I was going to return home disappointed again with my experience at this dealership as I hoped back into the car, the manager that was assisting me asked me to come back outside to take a look at the mud flaps. Before too long, her superior came in and several coworkers and they were all in shock at how destroyed the destroyed condition of the mud flaps. They asked me if I have been driving with it like that and what did I run into to destroy it. I told them that I did not run over anything and noticed it was ruined the morning after I bought the car. They continued to accuse me of being responsible for the damages and that they would never allow a customer to drive off with a car in that condition. At this point I was extremely frustrated and informed them that I didn’t bring this to their attention because I figured since they screwed me with the electrical features of the car (camera, sensor, garage program key, etc where not working), so maybe they sold me a messed up car with ruined mud flaps as well. To make a long story short after all the blame game from then, I drove home angrier than when I came in. They took no responsibility of the defective mud flaps or the electrical features. They told me to take the car to an Audi dealer and they will fix it since it’s under warranty. In conclusion: Audi fixed my car and informed me that the previous owner that leased the car for two years must have been in an accident and did not record it (Carfax had a clean record on the car). The car shop they took it to (if there was indeed an accident) disconnected all the wiring to fix the car and it was not reconnected. It made perfect sense for Texas Direct Auto to make me responsible for this… they didn’t even walk around to show me any possible dents, cracks and also did not introduce me to the electrical features of this high tech car FOR A REASON! They also wanted to hide the fact that the mud flap was ruined, which is why the guy only focused on: the lights, the horns and the windows. Well, my dear friend took pictures of the car and we returned to the dealership to get that fixed. They had to accept the failed in this regard. In reference to the electrical… well, my attorney is investigating this. I can only hope for the best. More

Lack of concern for customer safety. We just purchased a car and 7 days later started to have a huge problem.
