Bad Service I found a vehicle online with texas direct auto & decided to go ahead & do the online finance application. I didn't hear anything back so I went ahead and called the Stafford location where the car was located & someone told me they would go ahead & work the application & call me back. My credit was ran like 4 different times and I didn't hear anything back. I waited til the end of day & called again & someone told me that "Thomas" was working my application and would call me back. It's been 2 days later & still no word back. I've already gone else where to Clear Lake of Mazda & they were able to finance me the same day & took my home new car already. Texas Direct Auto sucks thanks for nothing!! More
Don't go here - read below I never, ever, write these but had to this time. I bought a Jaguar XF from here and 2 days later had a flat tire because they didn't know how to put a I never, ever, write these but had to this time. I bought a Jaguar XF from here and 2 days later had a flat tire because they didn't know how to put a tire on a car. Had a hole on the inside of the tire - first time my auto guys had ever seen this - so I called to get it replaced. 3 days later I got a call back. Told them the situation and that they have put my life in danger - didn't seem to care. Brought the car in and they didn't have the tire - WITH 3 DAY HEADS UP I WAS COMING IN - then told me I'd need to get a rental but that it'd be ready tomorrow. All of this is taking place while they have 7 other Jags on the lot and could've replaced it with any of those. Brought that up to service station guy and he said "I don't think sales would like/approve of that". So, not only did they risk my life, make me wait for the car but also told me to my face that someone - who hasn't even bought a car from them - is more important than me - the person who spent $30,000 with them 3 days prior. Pathetic. O, and I still don't have my car back and it's been 2 days now. More

Takes all day After spending all day waiting in multiple queues we finally got a deal done. Came back at 9:00 dec 26th to pick up car as directed. Told us the car would be ready at 9:15. 9:30 still waiting. Found this to be way too much trouble and way too impersonal to spend this much time to be treated like a number. Found nothing to be better than the dealership I bought a car from the same week. It took me less than an hour at the dealership. To do the same functions at same price. More

Purchased 2017 Maxima Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised. More

They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient ! More
Terrible post sale support and warranty Worst Customer Service! Don't buy from them (ESPECIALLY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY) I bought a Honda Pilot in Jan 2017 and also a 4 year extended warran Worst Customer Service! Don't buy from them (ESPECIALLY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY) I bought a Honda Pilot in Jan 2017 and also a 4 year extended warranty along with it. After 18 months, I hear motor noise from rear AC. I took the car for inspection at Spring Branch Honda and after a detailed inspection, which showed that the AC motor, the axles, tie rods and rear view mirror motors were bad, I took the car to Texas Direct Auto's (TDA) service center a week ago and JOE at TDA verified and accepted all the issues and told me that they will be covered under warranty. After 4 days without the car and without getting any notification, I called them to get the status on my car. Joe at Texas Direct Auto's service department was handling my claim. He tells me that the inspector from warranty company came and downplayed and disregarded all the claims that Joe has put forward, as it was about $3000 cost to complete the repair. Joe tells me that I can pay and get these fixed. I called Texas Direct Auto's post sales group and tell them that the Car was sold by them, the warranty was sold by them and the issue identification was done by them but why are they saying that I need to pay. I get NO help. I call Joe and ask him to give his claims and statements in writing and he declines repeatedly. The post sales group does not help me and also the service guy who initially claimed that this was covered in warranty now declines to give this in writing. Please do not buy or service a vehicle with them. They do not stand by their statements. They do not even disclose their name to the customer when they are caught lying. Especially do not buy the EXTENDED WARRANTY they offer. The service company makes money when they get the warranty claim rejected More
