Very Poor Sales Staff with an Attitude Stay away....the first salesman I spoke to dropped the ball and never contacted me after my daughter drove the Jeep. Good car, good price, delivered to door in 3 days I can't speak for any negative reviews you may see, but this was easy and quick. Really good condition car with only minor imperfections that realistically any "used" car will have. From my initial call, car was being offloaded at my house in 74 hours. First 24 hours was on me, thinking about the deal. Theoretically could have been a 2 day deal? I am only 4 hours outside Houston for what it's worth. Title and license is pending so hopefully that goes smoothly. Only half way "issue" was that a customer service representative called me 2 hours before delivery and said delivery would be a week. A Manager had called 20 minutes prior to that advising delivery would be that afternoon. That very slight "disconnect" error is all there is to cite. Would I use them again? Yes with no hesitation. I gave up on them. Carvana were so rigid and not personable. I went deeper in my such and came across VROOM, immediately they connected me to Texas Direct Auto, and I was assigned a specialist whom we connected very well it was a different story next I was at the dealership for test drive. All my questions were addressed immediately and committed to finalize the purchase. My wife and we finalized the process in two days drove away the car very happy. Every person we came across was very friendly and happy to help. More
