Absolutely amazing! This is my second time around getting a car. We tried a few different places to trade in my old 2015 Cruze and we're given an awful appraisal at a few This is my second time around getting a car. Then we decided to try vroom through Texas Direct Auto and they offered us the best one yet online. We went in asking about the appraisal and they told us it was what it said it was online, all they had to do was verify the milage and that we put all the problems! I was so excited and so so happy. Guillermo was the gentleman that helped us choose a car, he was so knowledgeable and on his toes when it came to having any problems. Then once we found the car we loved we went to talk to Steven, he was so quick and helpful when it came to getting the paperwork done. Finally after signing for my new car we got Miguel, he got the car, made sure it was clean, then walked me through making sure everything was working, then finally after only 2 hours we drove off in our new car! Trust me 2 hours is nothing, the first places we went took 2 hours just for the appraisal. More

It is what it is?!?? I called and scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle and it was the craziest runaround dealership I have ever seen. The salesperson was unfamiliar with the basic information and features of the vehicle, it had some minor damages that was stated as factored into the price, which was on a year old vehicle (2018) that was priced thousands of dollars over the price of a new one (2019)??? That price was listed as overpriced on two car shopping sites, yet the price was non-negotiable. This place is a madhouse and was a waste of time, Car dealerships have a horrible reputation and this place lives up to that reputation. Be careful shopping here, Don't trust this Dealership More

Stressless I, initially, researched vehicles online. I called to make an appointment and the vehicle was reserved for me to test drive. Buying my third vehicle from Texas Direct Always a pleasure dealing with Texas Direct. They make it easy, low pressure and a friendly encounter. I previously purchased a 2008 Altima coupe and Always a pleasure dealing with Texas Direct. They make it easy, low pressure and a friendly encounter.
