It was an awesome conversation and Tim made it incredibly easy to get financing in line before we event showed up at the dealership. When we arrive we were met with greeters that we never even spoke to that knew our names. From the time we walked in to the time we drove off was 1.5 hours. AWESOME! No haggling, we got a fairl (good) price on the exact vehicle that we wanted. I will definitely be back here and would recommend this place to anybody looking for a car that doesn't want to go through the "hussle" that a standard dealership puts you through. Thanks TDA! More

From the moment we arrived (my dad and I) everything was structured and organized to where it was liked a fine tuned machine. My salesperson Louis Williamson greeted us and got me signed in. From there on, everything went smoothly. I was a bit shocked when they allowed us to test drive without a salesperson present. After the test drive we got right to business. The process took less than an hour! The price of my truck was at least 5,000 cheaper through Vroom than anywhere else! Pleasantly surprised My wife and I had a good experience with Texas Direct Auto. I was initially turned off by the no haggle pricing as I feel it takes away power from the My wife and I had a good experience with Texas Direct Auto. I was initially turned off by the no haggle pricing as I feel it takes away power from the buyer. However, after going to several dealerships that haggle, dealing with the bait and switch pricing and other BS, Texas Direct Auto was refreshing. The vehicle was really clean and the experience was as the lowest stress of any of our car/motorcycle purchases to date. Paperwork and financing went smooth and quick even though they were busy. Some areas of improvement would be that it took longer than quoted to detail the car after the purchase, but once completed the car looked new. Also there was a error in the first paperwork printed (incorrect address) so the paper work had to be reprinted. Overall, great experience and will likely start with Texas Dirext Auto next time We are looking for cars. More
