Buyer Beware Spent 45k on a truck and literally a month after their 90 day warranty ended, the AC went out and I will be stuck spending thousands to repair. Patrick at Texas Direct Auto answered the phone when I called. I was already on my way to the dealership and clueless about their process or what kind of vehicle I wanted. He instructed me to go online and choose a few cars that I would like to test drive and text him the VIN. Because their selection is enormous, and the place is like a zoo on Saturdays, he wanted to be ready for me and have the cars available once I arrived. When I arrived, I couldn't find a place to park, ended up parking on the road, and needless to say, I was overwhelmed!! However, it is very organized, well staffed, and the process was so easy! You check in as you walk into the door, register to test drive with your license and insurance, and you are on your way! I text my salesman to let him know that I was ready and he started pulling cars up for me to drive. I expected to wait since there were so many people there, but I didn't. I arrived at 4pm, and by 5:30pm I had test driven 3 vehicles and made my decision to purchase one of those. I love their no haggle prices and the stress free process of buying a vehicle without a salesman breathing down my neck. It was truly the best car buying experience that I have ever had!! The entire process took 4.5 hours. Had I called the day before and talked to someone, I am confident that it would have taken even less time because I would have been more prepared. I have already recommended Texas Direct Auto and my salesman Patrick, to several of my friends and family members. I was very impressed with their quality and selection of vehicles and the service was amazing! I will be a Texas Direct Auto customer for life. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE...SALES GUYS DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER !!!! My wife and I were looking for an Audi Q7 we found on your website...we came in on a Saturday...test drove the car and also wanted an appraisal for ou My wife and I were looking for an Audi Q7 we found on your website...we came in on a Saturday...test drove the car and also wanted an appraisal for our trade in. We were given this sales guy(I dont remember name) who appraised our vehicle and was way below what we were looking for. So he asked "someone" on the chat if they can increase the appraisal value of which the person the chat did not respond. So we left and the sales guy said he would let us know following week on Monday if our appraisal was going to be increased. On Monday, he didnt call, text or email. I had to reach out to him and he didn't sound enthusiastic to help close this deal. I NEVER called him after that. Following weekend I come in to test drive another car from your website. This time I asked to work with a different sales guy...Bernard Adesuyi. He was okay...really didnt understand clearly the trade in process and we had to get the "Sell Us Your Car" department to help with trade in. He was able to get us $250 off the car price but still not very interested in his job...he was not really involved in the process. So we ended up buying the car but once Bernard passed us onto the Finance department...he disappeared, didn't come to say thank you or see us off after we bought the vehicle. He seemed completely not interested!!! More
