We have bought several vehicles from this dealership including the one I just purchased but I am not sure I will buy from here again since Vroom bought Texas Direct Auto. The car I just purchased was ex including the one I just purchased but I am not sure I will buy from here again since Vroom bought Texas Direct Auto. The car I just purchased was exactly what I had been wanting and knew it was the right time for me to make such a big purchase, but customer service was not highly underwhelming compared to our previous experiences prior to Vroom’s takeover and our salesman, while nice, was less than accommodating or knowledgeable or very invested in our business. Had it not been the exact car I wanted and a deal I knew wouldn’t happen again, I would have taken my business to another dealership. More
