HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I purchased a car at Texas Auti Direct on 9/30/2019 the vehicle was online at Vroom so I was told 7-10 business days for shipping. Received several up I purchased a car at Texas Auti Direct on 9/30/2019 the vehicle was online at Vroom so I was told 7-10 business days for shipping. Received several updates advising everything was on schedule and my vehicle would arrive October 4th. Fast forward to October 8th still no vehicle multiple phone calls for answers and I’m told my vehicle is being inspected for the third time!!! To add insult to injury the loan with my finance company was already pushed thru although they say you have 7. Days to return! I cancelled everything and I’m still waiting for my finacr company to be paid and a Edmund for my downpayment. Don’t use this company they are horrible! More

Sal, the sales associate who helped me, was awesome as well. Down to earth, easy to talk to and gave honest feedback on vehicles I was looking to purchase.
