Best Car Buying Experience in My Life My sales agent, Delroy Worrell, was excellent! He had my paperwork ready when I arrived. The price quoted was fair. Very poor customer service and upraisal capability Worst customer service. Made us wait close to 2 hours and prices way under value and no response if asked for manager. When asked why they upraised the car in such a price the lady’s answer was “we don’t car what your car has we just upraise it with the VIN number. If that was the case then why make me wait for 2 hours. She even said you can go upraise it somewhere else. More

Great Deals - Less Drama No offense to Texas Direct but dealerships are my least favorite places to visit. I hate the haggling and dramatics of some dealerships. Thankfully, Texas Direct Auto takes the “Direct” in its name seriously and makes the process as drama free as possible. Salesmen like Sal are patient and never try to push a car on you. And since the inventory is all online, you can already have your choices pre-selected so it’s just a matter of test driving. Finance team members like Tim present options but don’t make you suffer through horror stories of people who didn’t buy extended warranty packages. I would never go anywhere else other than Texas Direct! More
