Misdiagnosed my vehicle and when told they came back with the right diagnosis after they had to be told to recheck it. And charged me 214.68, did a labor fee and when I asked what that was, was told it's the the right diagnosis after they had to be told to recheck it. Ended up fixing my vehicle myself in 15 minutes, something they wanted to charge 2 hours of labor on. More
Contacted dealership to buy 1 maybe 2 Buick Enclaves per the price advertised on AutoTrader. I was willing to come from hundreds of miles away, but the dealer wanted to add $6,000 to the AutoTrader advertis the price advertised on AutoTrader. I was willing to come from hundreds of miles away, but the dealer wanted to add $6,000 to the AutoTrader advertised purchase price of each vehicle for "dealer prep fees and dealer add-on fees," and refused to remove it!! Dishonest, false advertising. Don't waste your time! I will take my business elsewhere! More

Out of all of the many-many makes of cars I have owned in my lifetime; Texan Buick GMC provides the BEST service! I am in my mid 70's and I have owned a lot of vehicles from Porches, Lincolns, Cadillacs, etc., etc.; thus, when I say Texan Buick GMC is the BEST, there have been many other dealerships who have had their chance to be the best, but none compared to Texan Buick GMC, i.e., they have no competition! My service advisor was a complete xxxxxxx. I had to deal with his boss & he wasn’t much better. I came to this dealership because the one in Baytown was rude to me. The first time I came to your dealership was pleasant but I think that’s because they were dealing with my husband. But Gunner was a complete JERK to me. A new vehicle was purchased. Immediately identified a repair that needed to happen. The repair had to be delayed due to scheduling. Finally got the truck in and they said they repaired it, but it was not repaired. Additionally, during the oil change, they left enough residual oil that it was dripping on the concrete after I got back from picking it up. They pleasantly told me to bring the truck in and they would fix the oil leak but they did not fix the steering issue. Also when I purchased the vehicle it was missing 2 options that said "Dealer installed". They were not installed. I finally got one of them installed at the 7500 mile service but the other still hasn't come off of backorder. I am currently at 22500. Not happy. More
