I come as a very satisfied customer. I had to take in my truck for a same day/no appointment oil change service, and Texan GMC was able to get me in and out with no issues. I was told by the salesman that they would do a complete detail of the vehicle I purchased since it was late when the deal was completed. When I called the individual to advise him I was coming int to drop detail of the vehicle I purchased since it was late when the deal was completed. When I called the individual to advise him I was coming int to drop off my vehicle Saturday morning he acknowledged and said just bring it in. I did not hear back from the dealership so I called and inquired about my vehicle and was told that they got busy and forgot to call. He informed me that they closed in 30 minutes of course that was not going to give me enough time to pick it up which I was not very happy with the dealership. I had to wait until Monday to get my vehicle back upon picking the vehicle up I was unpleasantly surprised that they had not detailed the vehicle. My wife called your salesman and he lied about the detailing of the vehicle. He further stated that the was a misunderstanding of a complete detail and would have to get with management to get it approval. As of today we have not gotten a response . If this is the way your dealership treats your customer I will not buy another vehicle from you and will let individuals know about my experience with your dealership. More
I have used the service department multiple times and have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. I always had an appointment, arrived prior to my time, and had simple oil changes and tire rot have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. It has never taken less then an hour and a half, and I have tried morning, noon, and afternoon visits. The last time over two hours. I will not return for service visits. More
