The service dept had my vehicle a week and didn’t address the main issue why I brought it to them in the first place. Then gave me the runaround trying to diagnose my transmission issues, I felt if I took it the main issue why I brought it to them in the first place. Then gave me the runaround trying to diagnose my transmission issues, I felt if I took it back to them they were going to charge me the service fee and accomplish nothing. And to top it off my Oakley sunglasses were missing from my truck afterwards. Probably won’t go back unless I know 100% that it’s covered under my warranty, and probably won’t buy another gmc from Texan. More

I had the service done for installation of the chip that controls the heating and cooling of the seats. (At the time the car was manufactured, the chip was not installed due to the global chip shortage.) Wh controls the heating and cooling of the seats. (At the time the car was manufactured, the chip was not installed due to the global chip shortage.) When the chip was available, Texan Buick GMC service department installed the chip in one service appointment. I am very glad to have this done, and the service department did a great job of communication with me. More
