Yes, it was a Saturday when my car was towed in, but I am not local and it would have fantastic if ya'll could have done this simple repair on Saturday and I would not have been without a car for 3 days. Plus, no one would answer the phone on Saturday after repeated calls. I get it that you have other customers to service, but I never had the opportunity to convey to anyone there my situation.
