Worst description of a salesman. I literally had the worst service and experience not only with him, but Terry Reid dealership. I have always had a good experience with your Customer Service until Wed 9/2 and was very disappointed that day; however, on Wed 9/9 I regained respect back for that department. Michael took charge of my Service until Wed 9/2 and was very disappointed that day; however, on Wed 9/9 I regained respect back for that department. Michael took charge of my problem and fixed everything but my gas cap, it had to be ordered. Later in the week I received a phone call telling me they had the cap. I’m going to make an appointment this coming week for them to fix it. All is well with my car now. More
