The Navigation was not working. You did an update and returned it to me without checking it out. It still did not work. I bought a 2019 Armada June 24, 2020. In July 2020 I brought the car in for the BCI warning light. A switch had needed repaired. I brought the car in on 06/22/2021 to have the BCI Warning light looke brought the car in for the BCI warning light. A switch had needed repaired. I brought the car in on 06/22/2021 to have the BCI Warning light looked at. It was out of Warranty by the original 36k miles as well as the 12 month 12k part warranty. They had the car for a full day. I picked the car up and was told they cleared the codes. On 7/5, I was traveling out of town and the BCI Warning light again turned on. I brought the car in and was told it was it needed repaired and the service advisor said he would need the car overnight. I find out the car was never worked on as the service advisor was off the next day. This is not the first time this has happen that the service advisor was off and the car not taken care of. Ten advisor said he would try to get the switch covered by the extended warranty. It has not been the proper customer service as expected.in less then 2 months More

First, I arrived a little before my appointment and they were still able to get me in sooner. All the reps there were very pleasant but Leo Soto was the service rep that took care of me throughout the enti were still able to get me in sooner.
