My service advisor was great but I had an appointment at 9:15am, I arrived at 9:09am and my oil change and tire rotation was not completed until 11:35am. I assume they are over booking and the customer is paying the price. I will no longer take my vehicle to Temecula Nissan as this is the second time in a row it has taken over 2 hours for an oil change. More
