Found a car a I wanted on their website and called up to verify the price was right, was told yes. I drive from San Diego to get this car with every intention to buy and find that they added almost $5k in d verify the price was right, was told yes. I drive from San Diego to get this car with every intention to buy and find that they added almost $5k in dealer add-ons. When I asked for the car that was X price, they said that I was looking at the right car, but laws allow they to NOT list dealer add-ons in advertising to bring in customers. This is False advertising, PERIOD. The sales rep assured me they could work with the price to bring it down to what I was looking for, which I doubt but I said I'll let them figure it out. The answer to them: I needed to put an additional $3,500 down payment, this is after my $10k trade in. We were no where close to what I already budgeted for. I was looking at around $300 and they wanted me to do $460. Then they said I would open a credit card with them for the down payment. Really, I would have over $900 payments for the first year. So I went outside to talk to my wife and my financial advisor that I pay for for financial advice. You know, someone who has a fiduciary responsibility to me. I tell her what is going on and she advises to just walk away. So I go back in, they tell me that I can do $0 down and do $430 payments. I said no and asked for my keys. My two, TWO, sales reps asked it they did something wrong. I hate this question, it's an emotional question designed to influence you. I said no and just wanted my keys cause my financial advisor said the deal wasn't in my best interest. I wait for my keys and the reps leave and then I get some Financial Sales Rep guy and he was the worst. He decides to take me outside and grills me over my decision. The questions the wisdom of my financial advisor and indirectly questions my intelligence. Seriously? I pay someone to look for my best interest, not someone that's paid to take my money. I asked him for my keys multiple times while he continued to give me s***. Had to demand my keys or I would go into the store demanding before he would give me my keys. Just because of this one guy I had the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. I left so mad, I completely forgot they still had my car registration and had to drive all the way back to get it 110% would not recommend this place. More

Mind me I have no clue what there plan is to do with my car so I finally go ask and tell me it’s been ready. Ok fine I get to go home but I remembered On my appointment I made online I had said there could’ve been a chance of a leak I only knew there was a problem somewhere and I had mentioned it on my appointment online. So I ask him did you guys check it out and they didn’t because he said I didn’t tell him anything, but really he didn’t even mind checking my appointment when I arrived. Now I have to wait another two hours the worst part is I came in after a night shift and had not ate or rested before it. They made me feel like they don’t care about what service you need just what they need to give you. Also when I bought my car at this place I came in with high hopes of this place but failed me because later I found out they sold me what they wanted not what they could’ve sold me at another dealer and what I actually wanted! Now I’m stuck paying a car I don’t want and is worth more than I’m actually paying for it. If you come in here with expectations of a car you want and they don’t give it to you don’t get talked into a car you don’t want people! They could be friendly and I think that’s why I rate them two stars other than that I would rate one because I’ve had too many terrible experiences with them. Then I receive my car and don’t get an apology from the service guy he just says, “it’s like the hospital you never know how long you can wait”. So I think overall two stars is a fair rating on my side. More
We relocated to California 6 weeks ago and had our car transported here last Monday. Upon delivery of the car we noticed a problem with the air bag system. We stopped into the dealership on Tuesday and L transported here last Monday. Upon delivery of the car we noticed a problem with the air bag system. We stopped into the dealership on Tuesday and Leo our service coordinator was very understanding about our problem had us set up for service by Friday morning. We sat and waited in a very comfortable waiting area until the car was ready. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The car was repaired and Leo our service coordinator went over our bill and explained in great detail what the service technician found. We were very happy with our first experience with this dealership. More
