Check-in and Inspection Sheet Review Process the auto tech man was very nice and professional. However, I guess you have a new check-in process. Specifically, for the past 10 years at different N the auto tech man was very nice and professional. However, I guess you have a new check-in process. Specifically, for the past 10 years at different Nissan Dealers, including Temecula Nissan, upon arrival the techs ask what is the reason for the visit. The tech greeted us and continued with logging us into the system without explaining the process. It's not until I asked him that he explained the process. Additionally, the tech never explained the inspection sheet, it was done by the cashier. The fact that my truck possibly has a bad battery was never explained. I didn't notice that it was marked as "Bad" on the inspection sheet until I arrived home. Again, the tech was very nice and professional, but please return to the previous processes, the new doesn't work. Kind Regards, Armando Clemente More

Service tells you it will be an hour, then it takes 3 or 4. They never even checked it. I will not go back there for service....I drive an hour out of my way to Corona now. More
Service outrageously high priced. Disrespectful towards Vete If I could give a zero star I would. When I arrived I presented a discount card, that Temecula Nissan mailed to me, for oil change and 20% off on all If I could give a zero star I would. When I arrived I presented a discount card, that Temecula Nissan mailed to me, for oil change and 20% off on all recommended services but was told by the Underwriter that this discount card wouldn't apply for my 25 000 mile service. So, why did Temecula Nissan mail a discount card to me? I feel like I got conned with a bait and switch. Secondly, when I asked the Cashier if they offered a Veterans discount she replied, "yes, but would need to get approval from the underwriter", the Cashier then contacted thr Underwriter who declined my Veterans affairs and the Cashier explained, "the underwriter said he already applied other discounts". I don't understand, does Temecula offer a Veterans discount or not? Between their outrageously high service charges, and their disrespect for Veterans, I will never return, and suggest that anyone do the same and steer clear of Temecula Nissan More

Grossly overcharged. Took my 2016 Nissan GTR in to Temecula Nissan for a 4 wheel alignment, as the inside of both front tires were severely worn. I picked the car up with Took my 2016 Nissan GTR in to Temecula Nissan for a 4 wheel alignment, as the inside of both front tires were severely worn. I picked the car up with related paperwork. When I later reviewed the paperwork, there was no spec sheet regarding what they found/corrected. I have always received a spec sheet from any business that does wheel alignment. It's their proof of what they found and how they corrected any issues. In addition, the service agent recommended I "take the car out every 1-2 weeks and aggressively drive it on a windy road". I guess that's supposed to wear down the outer portion of the tire as quickly as the inner portion is wearing! To make matters worse, I was charged $399.99 !!!!! I contacted 5 area Nissan dealers and got price quotes for a 4 wheel alignment for my car. The prices ranged from $189.95 to $249.95. When I brought this to the attention of the service mgr., he immediately deflected responsibility...."Oh, that service agent is new". I guess that's supposed to make it right. TOTALLY UNHAPPY. More
FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES! STAY AWAY! THIS COMPANY COMMITTED FRAUD! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! THEY SHOULD HAVE A -10 STARS! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FOR MISLEADING CONSUMERS THIS COMPANY COMMITTED FRAUD! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! THEY SHOULD HAVE A -10 STARS! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FOR MISLEADING CONSUMERS, FALSIFYING DOCUMNTS, ADVERTISING FRAUD & FINANCE FRAUD. I bought a CPO Certified Used Nissan Titan 4x4 from them on 11/18/2018 w/ a "CLEAN CARFAX REPORT" saying there were no accidents. I was also told that the did a 172 point check on the vehicle to ensure that it was in like new condition. Also, the sales representative Alana Eddy and her sales manager told me that the vehicle had 20k miles from being a lot rental car that they gave out to clients that had cars being serviced it was never sold to anyone, HAD NEVER BEEN HIT OR IN AN ACCIDENT. LIES! That being said, I noticed after a few days in the sunlight that the vehicle had a different shade on the bed of the truck than the cab. I took a closer look and there was primer all along the inside of bed between the cab and ripples of near paint and small dents all through the right side of the bed and the cab. It also included after a long scratch thst just appeared on the bed after it rained where the paint came off and there were different patches of white paint and rust inside the scratch were dictated. Also noticed white paint over spray on the bed liner, bumper and trim. I then noticed dents in the bumper as well, which would indicate a completely different accident. So, I called Temecula Nissan to discuss this and they said bring it in so the could look at it. Before I did that, I took it to a 5 star auto body shop who confirmed that it had been hit multiple times and that the body and paint work that was done was very unprofessional. So then I took my vehicle to Nissan, they gave me the run around and then the service manager (Jeremy) finally took a look at it and started laughing like it was a joke. He said it was obvious that it had been hit and body work had been done to it, but he would need 4 days to look up the records on it and he would get back to me. That never happened! So I called again, asked for a manager, got the runaround, finally talked to a "supposed" manager. He told me to bring it in again. I told him I have already done that. He said to come down and they will fill my tank with gas. So I went there last Thursday and talked with a sales manager, then the general manager Mark Andary. I told him I wanted a vehicle that did have accidents as what I was told I was buying. He said they cannot do that, but he would fix my truck to like new and give me $2000 in cash for the depreciation value, but he would have to check with the owner of the dealership David Pedder of Pedder Auto Group and get back to me on Monday. I told him that I wanted the vehicle I was promised, which was a vehicle that was never hit, scratched or in accident. Never heard back from him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! More
