Horrible Service We bought a used car from this dealership and they promised to fix any scratches or damaged as long as we notified them as soon as possible. When we w We bought a used car from this dealership and they promised to fix any scratches or damaged as long as we notified them as soon as possible. When we went to this dealership it was late and dark so we didn’t get a good view on any damage. The car we bought is black so that didn’t help too. We called two days later to notify them of the scratches and damaged and the salesman said to take the car in and according to him he had made an appointment. When we went to the dealership to get the car fixed they told us they never agreed to fix it, they gave us the run around and told us that they weren’t responsible. No Appointnent was made and the salesman who told me to bring in the car was off and wasn’t answering his phone. We showed the sales manager Shawn the message between the car salesman Sean and me proving that he told me to bring in the car and that I had an appointment but the sales manager did care and refused to fix anything. We’ve bought used cars in the past from other dealership and we’ve NEVER had a problem with them fixing any scratches or damaged. I will never buy a car from this dealership ever again and I don’t recommend them at all!! Horrible customer service! More

I returned next morning via the courtesy ride and was greeted by the lovely young ladies at the front desk. Shop cannot do 4 wheel alignment on Nissan Vehicles Overall the work was done on a timely basis and correctly. However I have issues on pricing and the service departments inability to do routine work. Overall the work was done on a timely basis and correctly. However I have issues on pricing and the service departments inability to do routine work. I made an appointment online for 30,000 mile maintenance service and a 4 wheel alignment on my 2017 Titan XD SL 4x4. The price online for the service was $199 for 30k service and $89 for alignment. When I arrived I was advised of additional services needed since I tow with my vehicle. I agreed to the additional services. However once I was able to get the final itemized receipt I now see the whole job was done on an À la cart basis and not having the additional work just added to the $199 service. This in fact made the costs higher than the should be. An example of this is paying $83 for oil filter change which is an outrageous price compared to what the dealership advertises for the work. In addition the dealership told me that they can’t do alignments on Titan XD because they don’t have the correct equipment when I picked up my truck. In the future I will really scrutinize the work and prices before my next service. More
