Buying used car, that should be checked before selling at but unfortunately it needed wheel alignment, was dirty and maintenance light was on, I took to maintenance they said they fixed and it still have the same problem, I don’t know when is next oil change due because no one there knows when is last time oil have been changed nothing in records! neither in sales or maintenance!!!! Customer service I arrived to the service department on may 3rd and parked my car in front of the office. Nobody came out to offer help on checking me in. I went into the office and everyone was on there computer. I stood there for a few minutes and not one person acknowledged me. I then went back to my car and honked the horn. No one person acknowledged. I stayed by my car for a few minutes and nobody came out. I went back inside the office and I said, is anyone going to help me? One staff member said, " yes sir, we will be right with you in a moment." When a customer arrives they should be greeted and not have them stay outside looking like a dummy and twiddling their thumbs. J. Burk More

I was told that everything was taken care of and all in my payment, but no one told me the cost of the options they chose for me. When I got to the final doc signing, I realized that I had been sold a warranty for 2795, Gap for 900 and 1500 for a maintenance package. Why didn’t they tell me that before the docs were printed? If you buy here, be careful! More

Holy xxxx Arrived at 4 in the afternoon. Deal and everything approved at 5, then waited until 9:30 to sign paperwork. At the very least should have let us take Arrived at 4 in the afternoon. Deal and everything approved at 5, then waited until 9:30 to sign paperwork. At the very least should have let us take the car to go get something to eat since they already took our trade in away. New car was already on my insurance. BTW private insurance offered Gap at $2 a month compared to rate their insane rate. More

He was Courteous and quick. He made sure to communicate with me and gave me an accurate pick up time. He changed my view. I will always ask for a Alex when I need service done. More
