This dealership has left me hating nissan. I had a really unpleasant experience here with the finance manager and sales consultants Donald and Max. While I understand that Team Nissan is a business and needs to make a profit from sales. Consistent efforts were made to try to convince me to pay 30,400 for a 21,840 dollar SUV listed online. I’m aware of the sales tax and we did the calculations ourselves. I have good credit and had a reasonable down payment and a monthly payment request so this was just very dishonest and crooked. Aside from that at the end of the negotiation the finance manager thought that I was being rude for speaking up against their attempt to add more dollars to my monthly payment without my consent which ended up costing me 300 dollars more. I wasn’t shown my APR interest rate like how I requested in the beginning until the end of the negotiation with the finance manager and upon signing the paperwork. In the end i was humiliated and was forced to defend myself. I decided to try out this dealership for the first time upon the good reviews. I’m not buying another car from here again. Donald and Max were nice guys and I understand that we all have a job to do but the finance manager really got under my skin. Absolutely poor customer service on his part. More
