went in to fix my recall . of which your team called and said it needed to be fixed . $220 dollars to diognostic check something that they already know needs to be fixed ! I was told by their financial manager Alredo Felix that Land Rover has "white glove" service because they have "a different type of customer". When he explained the different warranty options he made my Land Rover has "white glove" service because they have "a different type of customer". When he explained the different warranty options he made my mother and I feel incompetent ans invalidated when sharing about our experience with Nissans warranties, saying he had over "20 years" at Nissan and he has never heard of that happening. Alfredo was very unpleasant to work with. Tina was lovely and very helpful. More

We started the car buying experience over the phone and spoke with Tina. She was super helpful. We came from out of town and was worried the car would be sold before we got there, as the previous dealershi spoke with Tina. She was super helpful.
