Brian was a great salesman, Not pushy, like some. He took the time to point of the less obvious things, but didn't try to sell us something we didn't want . When it was time to purchase, it happened to be his day off . We really wanted to buy from him, since he helped us through this task of purchasing our first new car. He came to the dealership on his day off, didn't skimp on showing us all the great features the car had to offer, even after we had signed on the dotted line. The process was easy and painless. My wife and I have bought many new cars from many different dealerships. I can count on one hand how many pleasant experiences we've had and this ranks very high. I called the dealership early on Saturday morning and spoke with Josh, he ask me to come on in and he would get the deal I needed for the Sonata. When I arrived I was met immediately and directed to Josh. Josh and I spoke and I gave him an idea of where I needed to be. I picked out the car I was comfortable with and payment that I needed, he then offered me a test drive. My trade in was promptly evaluated which was fairly close to the trade in value I was looking for. I was given the opportunity to take the car for a real test drive, not something around the corner so could get a real feel for the car. We reached a deal I felt comfortable with and then it was time to bring the wife in. Eric took over for the paperwork and we did not feel overly pressured. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
I brought in my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe two weeks ago because BlueLink reported an issue with my vehicle. The service department inspected my vehicle and said all was well and sent me on my way. Today because BlueLink reported an issue with my vehicle. The service department inspected my vehicle and said all was well and sent me on my way. Today I brought my car back in for routine maintenance (oil change) when much to my surprise they found an issue with the CV joint and told me it would take a few days for the new part to arrive. I'm not sure why my CV joint is having issues on a brand new 2013 Santa Fe but I digress. They gave me a loaner car (2013 Toyota Corolla) to drive until my maintenance was complete. After leaving the dealership with the rental I found that I could not fit my son's car seat and stroller in the vehicle. I called back to ask if I could be given something comparable to the 2013 Santa Fe in terms of room because I simply could not fit my family in the Corolla when I was told they had no more vehicles in their fleet and that they were "really sorry for my inconvenience". I came to your dealership expecting another long drawn out, long day ordeal with trying to buy a car. My thought was at the least I would leave without a car, at the most, I would leave with a ridiculous out, long day ordeal with trying to buy a car. My thought was at the least I would leave without a car, at the most, I would leave with a ridiculous interest rate feeling like I had been had yet again. However, I was completely surprised. Nate Martin was open and honest and very encouraging. He, along with the two men handling my purchase, made my experience with buying my new car very nice. I left feeling happy and like I had gotten a good deal. I love my new car and appreciate how quickly I got in and out. Overall it was a good experience and I have already recommended your dealership and Nate to a friend, and will continue to tell others about how great you all are.
