Looking for a pre-owned pickup truck. I've been looking for a used truck in my price range for a while. Late Friday night I found one that seemed to fit the bill on the Team Chevrolet web I've been looking for a used truck in my price range for a while. Late Friday night I found one that seemed to fit the bill on the Team Chevrolet website. There was only one photo of the truck so I sent an Email, asking if they had other photos. I realized that it was late and that I probably wouldn't get a response for a day or two. The next morning I checked my Email and there were 20+ photos of the truck waiting for me. I went to the dealership to look at the truck and was greeted by Raymond Smith. Raymond was very polite and professional, and was even honest about the items I inquired about that he didn't know and was quick to find me an answer. I ended up writing a check for the truck and drove home a "Happy Camper". This is the kind of experience that every dealership should provide there customers with. Sadly, many don't. I am looking forward to doing more business with Team Chevrolet and Raymond Smith ! More

He turned us over to Nat Venning, the salesman, and he was great also. They treat you like family. Their customerservice is iincredible and they have the friendliest staff, not to mention the best prices anywhere. This is the 3rd auto we have bought from them in the past 2 years and they are a 2 hour away drive, but it is worth thr drive. I will buy our next car from them. Would recommend to anyone More

They ARE very friendly and gave no pressure to buy. They all made my experience of buying a new Chevy Silverado truck almost stress free. When there's money involved there is always a little stress. The price we settled on was ,I think< good for both pf us. They tried locating one first based on my wants and needs but eventually had to ordered it. Christen took me through each step with precision and no pressure but with good advice. The service department installed the dealer install options and were super nice.
