Although, raining lightly I stop to look, but I left there with truck I wanted, the deal I wanted and the best buying experience I ever had. The salesman made this work. Excellent Team From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and welcomed by everyone there. I did my own internet research, so I was able to walk in and d From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and welcomed by everyone there. I did my own internet research, so I was able to walk in and discuss what I was looking for in a car, and even had a car in mind. Keith immediately got the keys and was enthusiastic about helping me understand the car, the dealership, and what came with it like a warranty, OnStar, and Sirius XM trials. He explained what other vehicles were available in a similar style to what I was looking for, and patiently addressed each question I had. Tyrone the finance guy was extremely patient and helpful when my finance company wasn't in their system, which meant he had to type everything in manually, and didn't mind the confusion of trying to get the right information. Overall, the Team experience was great. I received a great value thanks to their competitive pricing, and I would recommend Keith, Tyrone, and the rest of the team to anyone looking to buy a car. Worst Dealer. Team Auto Group is AWFUL. I drove an hour to get to their dealership for a car that they didn't even have to sell me because I was already sold from t Team Auto Group is AWFUL. I drove an hour to get to their dealership for a car that they didn't even have to sell me because I was already sold from the posts on the internet. I was greeted by a salesman who was friendly and helpful until it came time to actually buy the car. They had me and my girlfriend up to a 16% interest rate and fed me crap like "you can refinance in 5 months" blah blah blah. Trying to sell me on $800 gap insurance and all of the above. I was there for a good while especially after closing/being rushed through paperwork. My car had the check engine light on it and the sunroof was whistling so they gave me a loaner (which was semi-nice of them). Days went by after they tried to "fix" my roof by putting a wind deflector on it that didn't fit because they didn't think it was important to actually measure my roof. They brought my car back to me almost a week later with the check engine light off but the roof was still messed up. I had to call them every day, hourly to get someone to call me back. I stopped talking to my sales person after the first night as he wasn't worth a xxxx. They dropped my car off with the outlets not working and I couldn't adjust my driver side seat belt because the button was jammed into the panel. I brought my car back ON MY DIME an hour away just to have them fix a fuse and tell me that they still couldn't get a hold of the gentleman that was supposed to be fixing my roof. My sales guy brought my car to the gas station to "fill it up" and put about $10 in it. They told me to take my car to Jeep - get a diagnostic run and that they would reimburse me for the money that was spent. I told them what the issue was - about $800 worth and after days of them telling me that I had an appointment and then that I didn't have one - I finally demanded that they cut me a check. I bought my car at the beginning of October. This has been the most miserable 3 weeks of kind of having a new car and kind of not that I've ever been through. I would NEVER recommend Team to ANYONE and I will absolutely not be returning. When I asked Jamie Fritt, a Sales Manager why they advertised that my Jeep had Bluetooth when it didn't- he told me "well I'm already fixing the roof for you" as if he was doing me some favor. When I asked Keith, my sales guy about all of these issues he told me that this was "the price you pay when buying a used car." Thanks for cutting me a check for half of what the roof could be fixed for, Team. You guys suck. More

They have serviced our Enclave since we purchased it and have been very satisfied We have now purchased our second Enclave. Both times there was no pressure in the purchase. I was looking on USAA web site at there car buying service page, and found the one at Team Chevrolet I contacted Keith Brown the Internet Sale Manager and arranged a test drive. I met Keith Brown and he told me was going to let his most experienced sale consultant help me Nat Venning .I found Nat to be very professional, and personable . I believe he had my best interest at heart in the I was able to negotiate a great deal on beautiful 2003 50th anniversary Corvette. So if you want good deal on a great used car ask for Nat at Team Chevrolet!. More
