My 17 year old daughter and I stopped in to see what used Jeep Cherokees the dealership had. They had one that fell within our price range, but we could not test drive or finalize the deal until the next Jeep Cherokees the dealership had. Ms. Longobardo telephoned me the next morning asking what we were planning on doing, and I explained that we needed to get money wired into my bank account. It took a while for this to finally happen, and through the entire waiting period, Ms. Longobardo was patient, helpful and friendly. She actually kept me calm. When the wire transfer was finally complete, she drove to the bank with me. I felt like I had known her for a long time and that she was a friend. I have bought 4 vehicles from dealers in the past, and I have never felt more comfortable and trusting!
