I walk in dealer today really not thinking of buy a new vehicle but wanted to see what they had to offer. After I walked in I was greeted by a very charming young lady. Her name was Sarah Johnson, she trea vehicle but wanted to see what they had to offer. After I walked in I was greeted by a very charming young lady. Her name was Sarah Johnson, she treated me with respect and was not pushy at all. I explained to her that I wanted to see if they could get me into a jeep for what I wanted to pay. I explained that I was needed back at work and if she could run the information for me while I was at work. She keep me informed as to what she was doing through email. An hour later she called and informed me that she had good news and that I should come in. Went there after work and yes she had gotten all the information I was looking for. Long story short, Sarah Johnson got me my jeep I wanted and for the price I was looking for. I would tell anybody if you are looking for a non PUSHY and very understanding sale agent ask for SARAH JOHNSON. One last thing I wanted to add was I heard a couple of negative things about Tate and their service/reps being nasty or non helpful. I want to put that to rest by saying I had nothing but the best sale person along with the whole staff I dealt with today. Tate has treated me right for lot of years, and I want to say this is my THIRD JEEP I have bought from this dealer. Ron Channell at Tate was awesome to work with, down to earth, and very knowledgable. I first started working with Ron through email and phone. Tate and my sales representative (Ron Channell) were recommended to me by my boyfriend who's father just bought a vehicle there. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the vehicle my sales rep had. Since I never owned a Jeep wrangler before I had no idea what certain things did or how the soft top worked, Ron was very clear on how everything worked and what things did. After I decided I wanted to purchase the Jeep Ron took the time to look for rebates for me, there wasn't any, but it was nice he took the time to help. Ron also took the time to clearly explain all the pricing and how he came to the total. Ron is a very personable and easy person to work with and I was very happy with my experience. My finance representative was also very personable and easy to work with. He took his time and explained all my payment and warranty options. He clearly went through the final paperwork explaining each charge and total. My happiness continued with this experience. After the signing was complete, Ron walked me and my boyfriend to my new Jeep. I happened to walk around the Jeep and noticed a small dent on the right side of the hood. I informed Ron and he adjusted my "We Owe" paperwork to have it fixed. I plan on calling the service department today and setting up an appointment. I their service department is anything like their sales department it should go smoothly, if not I will certainly submit another review for them. To finish up, I would like to thank everyone who helped to make my experience so good. I absolutely love my new Jeep Wrangler! More

My new 2013 Dodge Advenger is great but the but the rest of the deal sucked. (1) The car did not come with floor mats i had to fight to get them. (2) The web site showed the 2013 Dodge Avenger Retail Prices of the deal sucked. (1) The car did not come with floor mats i had to fight to get them. (2) The web site showed the 2013 Dodge Avenger Retail Prices fpr $17,400.00 With a Dealer Saving - $2500.00 from the Retail prices for a Sale Prices of $ 14,900.00. But when i talking to the salemen he told me that i could not get the $2500.00 off of Dealer Saving & the car was saleing at the Retail Prices of $17,900.00 not $14,900.00 but thats not what the inter showed what I COULD BUY THAT CAR FOR. Luckly I was trying to get rid of two cars at the time & I got $4500.00 for good down payment for the Dodge Avenger. That $4,500.00 took the sale prices down to $13,300.00 that i live with for a 2013 USED CAR. (3) THE USED CAR WEB SITE showed that if anyone buys a used car they would get THREE YEARS WORTH OF FREE OIL CHANGES WITH YOUR USED VEHICLE PURCHASE but the sales men or anyone in the sale office said anything to me THANKS ALOT ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''THE ONLY THING THAT GOT ME INTO THE DEALER SHIP WAS THE $3000.00 TREAD IN.
