I had never looked at them or visited Tate Dodge before. I was surprised and impressed with the enthusiastic and helpful reception that I received from Tina Smith as soon as I walked in the door. I am not an emotional buyer so Tina had to work hard to teach me the inventory and then allow me to develop my conclusion. Tina was very patient with me and safe me through the whole process. Scott Cho did a fine job with the finance piece and at the end of a long Saturday I drove home with a new Ram Big Horn. Who would have thought?
