Don't listen well to customer questions. Have a certified ford from Virginia moved here. I had question about what services I need to do to keep my vehicle in warranty. I was told that I'd Have a certified ford from Virginia moved here. I had question about what services I need to do to keep my vehicle in warranty. I was told that I'd have to go back to VA to find that out. Ive had other certified vehicles and no matter where I went aslong as I was at a ford dealership they could look my vehicle up and tell me what I needed for service. So I feel like laziness prevailed here. Price was double what I paid in Virginia for a simple oil change. More

Misleading I called ahead about a specific vehicle. Down to the VIN#. I needed a car and they had the one I wanted. I was told one thing on the phone and somethi I called ahead about a specific vehicle. Down to the VIN#. I needed a car and they had the one I wanted. I was told one thing on the phone and something completely different when I got there. So I buy the car on A-plan. 0% 60months. Shouldn't be complicated math, until somehow the payment is now over a hundred dollars a month more than the simple math. Ridiculous. I have A-Plan and still feel like things aren't right. In the end after hours of whatever I bought the car and I love the car. More
