great service We were traveling from Tennessee for a cruise and was told that the alternator and battery was bad by an auto parts store. We googled KIA dealers in t We were traveling from Tennessee for a cruise and was told that the alternator and battery was bad by an auto parts store. We googled KIA dealers in the area and picked this one. So glad we did. We explained our situation to Gabriel and he was awesome. He said he would check it out and let us know what it needed. We were given a free shuttle to the cruise port, and were called about two hours later to find out it was only the battery. Not only did they change out the battery and change the air filter, but the car was washed and vacuumed when we returned a week later. Awesome service!! More

totally satisfactory. I took my car in because it has been losing oil from the crankcase, either burning or leaking. Technicians check the oil usage since the last oil change (500 miles) and could find no evidence of oil leakage or burning. I will return after another 1000 miles for another check. More
