I arrived early. They checked me in early. They did everything I asked. I had time to cruise the new cars and the used cars. I'm looking for my next ride. I had some coffee. I brought my 12-ounce bottle of fruit juice and stored it in their refrigerator. When the car was brought out to me, I thought it was too early. But they said it was ready and complete. So I went and paid for it. I went out to my car, got in it, and drove off. They did a good job and quickly. I was so excited, I left my fruit juice drink right there in the refrigerator in the lobby. I really like to have my service done at this Kia dealership. They are professional and efficient. The service advisor Victor gave me a solid timeline for service. My Service Advisor, Jason, was quite helpful in getting the paperwork with my extended insurance provider processed for payment of the work being done to replace the seat position control which was no long the paperwork with my extended insurance provider processed for payment of the work being done to replace the seat position control which was no longer working. While waiting for the part to be available for replacement, the mechanic was able to set my seat in a fixed position that I was comfortable with. Now that the part has been replaced and is working, I can again drive safely and comfortably. More
