I was sent by Ray Brandt Collision to assist with adjusting and recalibrating a new head light on Kia K900. I brought my car at 9:00am Friday and didn’t get my car back until Monday morning. Mat was adjusting and recalibrating a new head light on Kia K900. I brought my car at 9:00am Friday and didn’t get my car back until Monday morning. Mat was the service attendant who assisted. He did not follow up with me as to what the issues were until i called and asked questions. Had i not called i would have received no information as to what was going on with my car. Friday and Saturday was notified close to closing that car was going to be kept overnight. So I was without a car the entire weekend and was not offered a loaner car either. Monday morning I received no call that my car was ready. I went to the dealership at 9am and Mat stated my car was ready an hour ago. The car was kept over the weekend and nothing was done and the lights are still not accurate. Communication was poor and he was unprofessional. More

She is truly a blessing and made this process so much easier on me than I thought it would have been. Once my Telluride arrived on the lot Ursula made sure to let me know it was ready for pick up and would not let me leave the lot before knowing how to work everything in the vehicle. She even downloaded the UVO APP with me and gave me a goodie bag along with my friend. More
