My car needed the service because Tameron damaged my car while in their possession of fixing a recall. My advisor CT was helpful but I was given the manager Andrew to help resolve the situation. Andrew offered up to fix it and to give me a loaner car while it’s being fixed. He told me he would let me know when he had a timeline of when I can have my car back. When I got the loaner car, I kept hearing something moving in the trunk while I was driving home. Also while I was driving home, I noticed there was soda spilled all over the center console and some on the steering wheel. When I got home, I opened the trunk to find a folding chair and a used bottle of soda. I called Tamron to let them know that there was stuff in the trunk and that the car wasn’t clean. After a couple days, I had to call Andrew. He said it would be done Wednesday and that they would fix my bumper as a courtesy on top of fixing the damage that they caused. I also asked him to make sure the car was clean. He said yes they clean the car after every body shop fix. Wednesday at 4:30 PM I had not received a call from Andrew so I called him. He was unable to answer, but relayed a message that the car was not ready and that they would call me when it was most likely the next day Thursday. Friday midday is when they finally called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up when I went to the dealer to pick up the car. I was trying to explain to them about the stuff in the trunk and the car was dirty. They cut me off and wanted to tell me to pull my car up so they could move the stuff from the trunk to my car, I said no it is not mine. It was from the previous person who drove this car because you did not clean this car. Then I inspected my car and there were smudges, water marks, tape residue. Also, when I went inside the car, there was a open bottle of a sports drink, Tameron paper number sign, and a sonic straw shoved into the center console. So I question CT if the car was even clean, he said yes they always clean the cars. I showed him and another advisor, the smudges, tape, residue and water marks so CT got a microfiber and try to help me clean them off. The was cleaned but a day or so ago, like Wednesday. I did not appreciate them holding onto my car. I also did not appreciate them using my car as trash and I do not appreciate, assuming they did, taking my car to sonic. More

We had a HORRIBLE experience at Tameron Hyundai. We came in with my NIGHTMARE of 2019 Hyundai Tucson (if you haven’t looked into the issues that car has I encourage you - that car is a joke and the We came in with my NIGHTMARE of 2019 Hyundai Tucson (if you haven’t looked into the issues that car has I encourage you - that car is a joke and they know it - we were in the beginning stages of engine failure number TWO and catalytic converter change number THREE) to have it - as instructed by Hyundai corporate (car is out of warranty but I strongly believe they should stand by this xxxx car that’s less than 5 years old) - As soon as we pull in the service manager shuts down any hope we have of them submitting a claim to Hyundai and tells us it’s all on us for repairs. He then encourages us to get an estimate of my cars worth and see about getting into something else. At this juncture we didn’t know what to do. We go to the waiting room and he advises us to sit here and wait until he can get us a salesman to go look at cars. We waited a good 30 minutes for someone to come out for us. She comes out, and is friendly and shows us 2 different cars which takes up another good 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile we’ve still heard nothing about our cars value which is the whole purpose we came inside and sat down. After looking at those two cars we had to ask for the estimate of our cars value. My 2019 Hyundai Tucson with 120,000 miles was worth $2,000 to them….. we were just totally speechless. The lack of worth is all thanks to their company and their crap cars. We told them all the MANY things we’ve had to deal with this dumb car through my years of having it and here I am the consumer that’s just left to deal with it all. So my experience with Hyundai was paying roughly $20,000 for a hunk of GARBAGE that had constant issues even AFTER an entire engine swap. Then the company offers me a JOKE of an offer, that was such a slap in the face. Not to mention the sales manager comes over and prettily offers our payout of $3000 instead if we’d buy a car….. this place is a JOKE. The sales people are worried about making a sale and that’s IT. This place is slimmy and gross just like the rest of these greedy dealerships. Honestly Hyundai itself has turned into such a JOKE. I would NOT waste my time at this dealership and I would DEFINITELY not waste my time with a Hyundai. Also incase anyone’s looking, I’ll go ahead and plug Echo Park Birmingham. They have me over QUADRUPLE that offer AND sold me an amazing TOYOTA, with zero pressure to buy and lots of friendly faces. I can’t sing Echo Parks Praises enough. Whatever you do, just don’t buy Hyundai. More
