It was an awful experience from B. C. as the service advisor to how Tameron handled my car's issues and our concerns. I would love to talk with the owner of Tameron because this was jus C. as the service advisor to how Tameron handled my car's issues and our concerns. I would love to talk with the owner of Tameron because this was just awful, and we have purchased 3 vehicles from Tameron. Not sure if I will recommend this dealership further. More

The sound increased with RPM and speed, occurred mainly in Drive mode, and was much less noticeable in Sport mode. The dealership first told me the noise was coming from the glove box. On a later visit, they acknowledged the noise again but changed their explanation and said the vehicle was “operating as designed” and that nothing could be done. What made this more concerning was that another 2026 Elantra SEL Sport I compared it with did not make the same noise. I also opened a case with Hyundai Customer Care, but I did not receive a timely resolution or clear explanation. I genuinely wanted to keep the car, but after repeated visits, inconsistent explanations, and no effective solution, I finally traded it in. Because of this entire experience, I ended up losing approximately $3,000 on a nearly new vehicle. That was extremely disappointing and could have been avoided if the issue had been properly diagnosed and addressed. I expected much better support from Hyundai and the dealership for a brand-new vehicle. I hope they improve how they handle documented customer concerns instead of simply labeling an unresolved noise as “normal.” More

Although there were 900 vehicles at the service center, Andrew (mngr.) and Sean, made sure that we felt as if we were their #1 priority. Since our previous visit to service, we felt that this time, there w Andrew (mngr.) and Sean, made sure that we felt as if we were their #1 priority. Since our previous visit to service, we felt that this time, there was a positive vibe throughout. The lounge area was being maintained, cleaned and stocked, as it should be. That makes quite a difference, when waiting for the vehicle. Sean sent our info via video and text message, which we very much appreciated. I love this old Hyundai and Sean and Andrew made sure to treat it as such. Things really kept moving right along. I imagine the mechanics may have been pulling their hair out, but you'd never know it. Sean made sure to let us know that he's available shall we need anything at all. Andrew was a very pleasant surprise. Not only very helpful, but knowledgeable----- as is Sean. Thanks for everything. Yummy coffee and creamer and sandwiches, too! So glad we have Sean, Andrew and Tameron Service, so close to home. More
