I started looking for a vehicle in August and was very interested in the RAV4s. Going out to the dealerships was a disappointment due to inventory, which we can't control. I was told that the exact vehicle I was looking for had already been ordered and was going to be delivered to the dealership. So I put my deposit down and waited for it to arrive. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Coming from the customer service industry I appreciate that so thank you. This was the first brand new vehicle I have ever purchased, and I love it! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
