Surprise $995 fee for dent removal and stickers in case your truck is stolen. They tell you about fee only if you ask 1/2 way through the process. Then they tell you your next for finance officer and keep you waiting for 3 hours with 2 small children. Then you go to your new vehicle and it’s only 1/2 full of gas. We’ve tried to contact General Manager, but of course, he doesn’t answer his phone or have voicemail. We purchased my wife’s 4Runner a month earlier at Marysville Toyota and we were done in under 90 minutes. It was a much better and pleasant experience. We could never recommend Swickard in Edmonds. I worked with Shaylon and he promptly kept me informed of the status of my repairs. Upon completion he went out of his way to help unload items from my rental car into my car. Very friendly. I came in for a standard oil change service, and had no idea what I was walking into. This particular dealer is having a severe service employee shortage. After waiting 1 hour they asked me to leave and co idea what I was walking into. This particular dealer is having a severe service employee shortage. After waiting 1 hour they asked me to leave and come back later in the week. Came back a few days later and they told me it would take over 2 hours for the standard service. Despite this issue which is not exactly their fault, the staff who helped me were very professional and always kept me up to date. They offered a free shuttle service to my home and were sincere and apologetic. More
