You gave an estimate of "Over 2 1/2 hours" for a 1 1/2 hr max, and then delivered it in 1 hour. I had to cancel an appointment based on your estimate at the shop, even though original estimate over the phone was 1 1/2 hours. You're actually covering your behind at the expense of the customer, but hiding that fact. I personally will make your facility not my first choice and have also complained to Costco, who encouraged me to use your facility.

Even with the overall steep pricing of TRD Tacomas at this time we came to an agreement on price without the high pressure sales tactics I’ve experience before. Got a 2022 for the same price or even less More
