We bought a brand new RAV4 and the engine light went on the next day. We dropped it off the next day and it took the service department 2 1/2 days and 3 calls from us to finally get any contact from them. the next day. They let us know that it would be 3 weeks before they had the part needed to fix it. The guy at the service department said this particular issue happens regularly with the RAV4. The part came in early, so we were only a week out, but it was a huge hassle. In addition, we never received a call from anyone at Magic Toyota with an apology or even to check in...other than this survey. They provided a loaner, but moving 2 car seats 3 times was a pain. It was a bummer that the car had issues so early, but the reason for the 1 star is because of everything that they “didn’t” do after that. More
My whole Toyota experience started off a bit rusty since I went in to buy a used car with Lizzie and it ended up not working out but just as I was about to move on I got a call from Sergio letting me know o I went in to buy a used car with Lizzie and it ended up not working out but just as I was about to move on I got a call from Sergio letting me know of an option to lease instead. This opened a brand new option which ended up working a lot better for my financial situation. More

Poor service and dishonest. Supper racist. Don't go there if you are Asian. Nisha was taking care of us,and she doesn't knowledge about the car. Everything I heard from her is "I am not sure, nothing I can d if you are Asian. Nisha was taking care of us,and she doesn't knowledge about the car. Everything I heard from her is "I am not sure, nothing I can do, let me double check with my manager", when she came back there is no answer. And she kept switching story to avoid that was her fault. Totally a liar. And the manager is super racist, so rude, like he (Keith is manager) never go to school and learns how to respect other people. This dealer is a liar and dishonest. Make sure you guys check every single thing before you guys sign the paper. The finance guy is Korea guy, and lie us about college grad, he said need to work full time after graduate to qualify for $500 off, but it is xxxxxxxxx. When we check on the website, it doesn't say that. That guy doesn't want to help and just make up the story. The whole system of this dealer is mess up with all the liar people, dishonest people, and rude. I don't recommend this dealer. If you really have to go to this dealer, avoid to talk to or deal with the Nisha sale, Keith manager. More

Took my sienna in for a annual oil change. Had a appointment made and was told it will be only 20-30 minutes. After a 2hr wait car still was not done. I asked what was going on and one of the staff appointment made and was told it will be only 20-30 minutes. After a 2hr wait car still was not done. I asked what was going on and one of the staff told me that for some reason the techs all went on lunch at the same time but they would have the car ready in 20mins. Another 45 minutes and I had to ask again because the car wasn't done. All in all I was there for 3 1/2 hrs for a 20min job. When I got home I found out the oil cover wasn't bolted and the flap was open. Horrible service by the techs there and staff. Take your business elsewhere. The staff are not well trained at their job. More

Terrible Service I had my Sienna serviced there. They installed a defective radiator that destroyed my transmission. It started at about 10 months but I didn't detect I had my Sienna serviced there. They installed a defective radiator that destroyed my transmission. It started at about 10 months but I didn't detect it until 13 months. They told me it was out of warranty and wouldn't do anything to help. It cost me another $6k to get the radiator fixed at a nearby auto place. I will never ever work with them again. Additionally, they were incredibly rude to my wife when she was in there trying to get the car serviced. Treated her like she knew nothing at all and always deferred to me. Simply terrible. More
